Incorporated as Globus Agronics Limited.

Set-up the first distillery at Samalkha, Haryana with an installed capacity of 14.4 million bulk litres (BL) per annum.
1995-96
Set up the second distillery unit at Behror, Rajasthan with an installed capacity of 14.4 million BL per annum. This was the first distillery built with grain as the dedicated raw material.
1998-99
Commenced bottling operations at Behror and entered the Rajasthan Value Liquor (or country liquor) market with the launch of Heer Ranjha and Ghoomar.
1999-2000
Commenced bottling operations at Samalkha and entered the Haryana Value Liquor market.
2000 - 2010
2005
CO2 capture initiated at the Behror plant.
2007-08
Entered into a tie-up with ABD India for bottling of its key brands at Behror, Rajasthan.
Entered the Delhi Value Liquor market.
2009-10
Launched the Initial Public Offer and got listed on stock exchanges (BSE & NSE) to modernise technology and expand capacities.
2010 - Present
2010-11
Completed capacity expansion at the Samalkha & Behror plants. The capacity increased from 28.8 million bulk litres to 70 million bulk litres, per annum.
Entered into a tie-up with Jagatjit Industries for the bottling of their popular brands at Samalkha, Haryana.
2011-12
Merged Associated Distillers Limited (ADL) with Globus Spirits, thereby, increasing total capacities to 84.4 million bulk litres per annum.
Launched the brand Nimboo in the Value Spirits segment in Haryana, which became an immediate success.
2012-13
Production capacities in Rajasthan and Haryana expanded further, from 35 million litres to 56 million litres, for each location.
2013
Raised Public Equity from the Franklin Templeton Emerging Markets Fund for establishing two distilleries in Bihar and West Bengal.
2014-15
Introduced Animal Feed Supplement (AFS) made from rice at Samalkha for the very first time in India. We ramped to AFS in production in Rajasthan shortly thereafter.
Dryer installed in Samalkha.
2015-16
Started up the West Bengal and Bihar factories. The total production capacity of the company increased from 112 million litres to 175 million litres, per annum.
2017
The Indian government approved grain-based ethanol for blending with petrol, followed by the Globus Spirits undertaking to supply ethanol in Haryana and Bihar.
Closure of the Bihar facility due to Prohibition.
2017-18
Incorporation of Unibev Ltd. as a subsidiary of Globus Spirits Ltd. and thereafter the launch of two whiskies - Oakton and Governor’s Reserve - and a brandy - L'Affaire Napoleon - in select Indian states.
2018
Restarting of the Bihar facility followed by a landmark Supreme Court Judgement preventing the closure of distilleries producing Grain Neutral Alcohol or Ethanol in prohibition states.
2020-21
Launched TERAI India Dry Gin in New Delhi.
2021
Completed the West Bengal plant expansion from 38 million litres to 91 million litres per annum, making this facility the largest grain based distillery in India.
